The "SMART" goal criteria are: Specific, Measurable, Agree Upon, Realistic, and Time-Framed.
To evaluate my goal with "Specific", yes, my goal has clear definition to definite the target with the quality improving.
To evaluate my goal with "Measurable", yes, my goal has work scopes and detail of the time cost to measure the progress.
To evaluate my goal with "Agreed Upon", yes, my goal is based on the agreement between users, IT, and project members to provide the solutions.
To evaluate my goal with "Realistic", yes, my goal has allocated the resources bases on the availability, the solution provided base on the knowledge and experience.
To evaluate my goal with "Time-framed", yes, my goal has define the detail and precisely time allocation for each member to contribution.
So the conclusion is, my goal is S.M.A.R.T.
